If outpatients appointments are running late (at present by 25 minutes) it would be helpful to notify patients of the approximate length of the wait. It is extremely worrying to sit with an upset poorly child and not be given any induction of when you will be seen.

Swift response from out of hours hospital with appointment time.
The doctor was very knowledgeable and took charge of the situation providing swift and thorough information and diagnosis.
This was a much better experience than my previous one where the doctor actually seemed frightened of the symptoms. I presented and all he wanted to do was wash is hands of it and send me to the hospital.
